Shipping and Returns

It generally takes between 1-2 Business Days for your orders to be processed.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Generally, delivery takes 7-10 Business Days, but the particulars of the order may necessitate changes in this time frame.

Unopened items can be refunded and returned by simply writing “Return to Sender” on the outside of the shipping container.

Opened items which are undamaged may be refunded and returned via postage sent to the recipient.

Items which are damaged due to shipping only may be refunded or returned via postage sent to the recipient.

All other returned items may be returned via postage sent to the recipient and refunded less cost of postage and a restocking fee no greater than 50% of item(s) cost.
